the GOODS - All our watches are covered by the manufacturers' international warranty, so you're not limited to South Africa for repairs. Our jewellery is specifically chosen for its high quality but due to its delicate nature is not under warranty. We believe that an item lovingly given, lovingly received, and lovingly cared for will give a lifetime of fond memories - but we're also pretty reasonable about the stuff you accidently sat on.

the SERVICE - We all try really hard to give great service. Thanks for all the lovely comments we get every week at every store - everyone really appreciates them.
